Tuesday night, when realized I had a quiet evening ahead, I decided to do some therapeutic baking, took my room mate's dog to tag along with me, and headed to the store to get my favorite chocolate chips. Ghiradelli's 60 percent.
Teamed with this recipe from Joy the Baker, I set to work. And before I knew it, I had scones. Six delicious scones.
They were so good in fact, that I made them again Saturday night. Highly recommended and much simpler than I thought they'd be. Done and done.
